Q1: How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees depend on the product weight and destination.
Free shipping on orders $59+ (after discount) to the U.S., EU, U.K.,
Canada, Australia, Brazil, and Mexico, if products ship from the same
local warehouse.
Orders shipped from the Asia warehouse are not eligible for free
shipping.
Q2: Do I need to pay tax or customs duty?
• Clearance Fees : Some regions may charge clearance fees
if order value exceeds duty-free limits.
• Import VAT: EU/UK may apply VAT; U.S., CA, AU, BR, MX
usually exempt.
• Customs Duty: Applies if order value exceeds local duty-free
threshold.
All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer (unless
exempt).
Q3: Which warehouse should I choose?
• Always choose your local warehouse if available, for faster
delivery.
• If local stock is unavailable, select the Asia warehouse.
Q4: Can I use a PO Box or express locker address?
• U.S. customers: PO Box addresses are accepted when
shipping from the U.S. warehouse.
• Other regions: Please provide a physical address (max 30
characters in English).

• Orders are processed within 24 hours (weekends/holidays
next working day).• Pre-sale items ship within 24 hours after arrival at
warehouse.

• USA: 2–7 business days
• Europe: 5–15 business days
• UK: 2–5 business days
• Canada: 2–5 business days
• Mexico: 2–5 business days
• Australia: 2–7 business days
• Brazil: 2–8 business days
• Asia warehouse: 7–35 business days

2. Find your order → Click “Track”
3. Tracking info appears within 1–4 business days after purchase
